上海科得威船舶技术工程有限公司，是一家致力于为国内外客户提供船舶货物通道设备全套解决方案的专业技术工程公司。
公司的业务范围主要包括有：各类型货船用不同形式的钢质舱口盖，各类型滚装船用跳板、艏门、艉门等滚装设备以及码头通道设备；公司具备为国内外客户提供从方案解决、技术设计、设备配套直至安装指导、现场调试和售后服务、备件供应等全方位的技术支持和服务的能力。
公司正式成立于2005年初，且汇聚了一批国内一流的、精通于此行业并有志于在中国船舶界发展和推行先进船舶货物通道技术的资深专家。至2024年底，已成功地为国内外客户设计和提供了各种类型的船舶货物通道设备超过600船套。
由于所具有的突出专业技术优势和完善的设备配套，2007年7月，公司同本行业的国际品牌 “麦基嘉”（芬兰）成立了一家合资公司（简称为：上海麦基嘉科得威船舶咨询有限公司），专业从事船舶通道设备的改装业务。2009年底，上海科得威船舶技术工程有限公司回购外方股份，合资公司变更为国内全资公司。站在新起点上的上海科得威，不仅能继续为改装船提供通道设备的设计与供货，也将更好的为国内外船东、船厂的新造船业务提供更专业的服务。
公司成立的20年来，由于为客户提供了优良的设计，产品和服务，不断地受到了客户的赞誉和肯定，使得上海“科得威”这一品牌逐步打造为船舶通道设备领域国内综合实力最强的自主品牌之一，并成为本行业最具竞争实力的专业公司之一。期间，科得威创造了数不清的创新产品，从国内首条乏燃料运输船的具备核屏蔽能力的舱口盖，到全球首套24000TEU双燃料集装箱船的加气站门，再到打破国外公司垄断的舱盖行车吊产品。到目前为止，科得威申请的发明以及实用新型专利共计五十多项。

Our company's business scope mainly includes: steel hatch covers of different forms for various types of cargo ships, roll-on/roll-off equipment such as all kinds of doors, ramps, lifting platform and other special equipments for various types of roll-on/roll-off ships, as well as wharf passage equipment. Goodway has the ability to provide domestic and foreign customers with comprehensive technical support and services, including solution provision, technical design, equipment matching, installation guidance, on-site commissioning and after-sales service, as well as spare parts supply.
Our company was officially established in early 2005 and has gathered a group of first-class senior experts in China who are proficient in this industry and dedicated to developing and promoting advanced ship cargo passage technology in the Chinese shipping sector. By the end of 2024, we have successfully designed and provided over 600 sets of various types of ship cargo passage equipment for domestic and foreign customers.
Due to its outstanding professional technical advantages and complete equipment matching, in July 2007, the company established a joint venture with the international brand "MacGregor" (Finland) in this industry (referred to as: Shanghai MacGregor Goodway Ship Consulting Co., LTD.), specializing in the modification business of ship passage equipment. At the end of 2009, Shanghai Goodway Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. repurchased the foreign shares, and the joint venture was transformed into a wholly-owned domestic company. Standing at a new starting point, Shanghai Goodway will not only continue to provide the design and supply of passage equipment for modified ships, but also offer more professional services for the new shipbuilding business of domestic and foreign shipowners and shipyards.
